I’m pretty sure Fugazi is done forever.  They’ve been on an “indefinite hiatus” for the last eight years, and I think they’re wise enough to know that getting back together (as Fugazi, but not necessarily some sort of new entity) would sort of *go against everything they stood for.

Does that mean I’m not excited that they are going to release “thousands” of live recordings from their past?  Hell no.  Are you crazy?  I’m going to spend a week chugging energy drinks and listening to as much as I can when they are finally released.

*Unless of course they really wanted to, and considering the band has always seemed to do things with the best of intentions, I guess that would have to be the case, and I’d have no choice but to follow them like the Grateful Dead.
