If I’m going to take advice from anybody, I’m going to listen to a man who dresses like Mo Rocca’s funky uncle.  Second, Koestenbaum is the only person I can think of who has been blurbed by both John Waters and David Shields.  I’d have to imagine if you’re friends with people like that, you probably understand humiliation.
