Judging on the trailers for The Great Gatsby, Les Mis and now Anna Karenina, this coming November-December is obviously the best (or worst, depending how you look at it) season ever for adaptations.  I saw more than a few folks on various social media channels talking about how beautiful the trailer for the Joe Wright directed adaptation of Tolstoy’s famous novel, but also a few bemoaning it.
