1. February 8th at BookCourt, Stuart Nadler (above) in conversation with Jason Diamond about Nadler’s new book Wise Men, with introduction by Emma Straub.

Stuart Nadler, who was picked as one of the National Book Foundation’s 5 Under 35 writers, comes to Brooklyn to read from his novel and talk with Vol. 1’s Jason Diamond about it. 2. February 26th at a venue TBA, Vol. 1 Brooklyn and friends present the second installment of The Mingle.

3.  March 10th at KGB Bar, we present Joshua Mohr, Teddy Wayne, Kathleen Alcott, and Matt Dojny.

Two authors we love with books out this year (Wayne and Mohr) read with two authors who put out books in 2012 that we loved (Alcott and Dojny). Pre-order Wayne’s The Love Song of Johnny Valentine, and Mohr’s Fight Song, and RSVP at Facebook.
