Tonight, Stuart Nadler will be appearing at Bookcourt. He’ll read from his new novel Wise Men, and will then converse with Vol.1 Brooklyn founding editor Jason Diamond. We suspect it’ll be a good time.

Wise Men, you say? At Grantland, Kevin Nguyen called it “[t]he second coming of John Cheever, with hints of Philip Roth.” That sounds promising, right? And we covered Mr. Nadler’s earlier The Book of Life in late 2011, noting that “he writes with the pen of a master, but with the genuine passion of a novice.”

BookCourt is located at 163 Court Street, Brooklyn, NY. The event begins at 7 PM.
