There Is Now A Radon Song Called “Volume 1 Brooklyn”

Two years ago, we wrote about a short book containing essays by Travis Fristoe and Aaron Cometbus about the great Gainesville punk band Radon. Yesterday, we learned that Radon recently released two new seven inches, and that one of them, a split with the band Shallow Cuts, features a song called “Volume 1 Brooklyn.”These two things are not coincidental. Punknews.org has a quote from Radon’s Dave Rohm about the origin of the song, and it’s well worth reading. Needless to say, we are floored and honored over here. (Also, the song is terrific.)
