We live in an age of celebrity, where you can be famous for doing almost anything–and thus, the number of people qualifying as celebrities has increased dramatically. What that means about the world in which we live–and Andy Warhol’s old adage about everyone being famous for 15 minutes–remains to be seen. However, the density of celebrities, particularly in New York, means that more and more people have stories of encountering the famous (or, perhaps, the infamous). And thus, we’re happy to announce our next 3-Minute Stories event, focusing on unlikely encounters with celebrities.
