Note to all music publicists: when you tell me an artist sounds like or is influenced by Jacques Dutronc, Francoise Hardy, Talk Talk, and Cold Wave, I will probably listen.  That was the case with Automelodi.  And I’m very thankful that you mentioned all of those things.
